Simple eligibility check

With Allianz Global Assistance’s eligibility portal, opens in new window, you can easily check if your card is eligible for up to five complimentary insurances including extended warranty insurance.

No need to get a quote

Your insurance is complimentary with eligible NAB cards, so no need to get quotes or apply.

Eligible purchases

To be eligible, the cardholder must charge the entire purchase price of the covered item to the accountholder’s card account.

Policy coverage

Examples of what this insurance is designed to cover:

  • A 6-month manufacturer’s warranty period is extended for an additional 6 months.

  • A 12-month manufacturer’s warranty period is extended for an additional 12 months.

  • A five-year manufacturer’s warranty period is extended for an additional 12 months.

What isn't covered

Examples of what’s not covered: 

  • items with a purchase price more than $10,000 (AUD)
  • items where the original warranty is greater than five years
  • events where you fail to take reasonable care.

AWP Australia Pty Ltd ABN 52 097 227 177 AFSL 245631, trading as Allianz Global Assistance (AGA), under a binder from the insurer, Allianz Australia Insurance Limited ABN 15 000 122 850 AFSL 234708 (Allianz), has issued an insurance group policy to National Australia Bank Limited ABN 12 004 044 937 AFSL and Australian credit licence 230686 (NAB) which allows eligible persons to claim under it as third-party beneficiaries.
